What Usually Happens On A Water Heater Call

First we look at the heater and the area around it. A leak at a fitting is different from a tank leaking through the bottom. One may be repairable. The other usually means replacement.

We check the shut off valve, pan, expansion tank, water pressure, venting, gas connection or electrical connection before recommending a new unit.

If the heater needs to be replaced, we can remove the old unit and install a properly sized replacement.
