They performed a thorough inspection using a camera and took the time to clearly explain everything they found in a way that was easy to understand. The technician was kind, friendly, and very professional throughout the visit. They also made sure to clean up after the work was done, which didn’t go unnoticed.

As we had a non emergency plumbing issue with our house, ridgid inspection camera did pinpoint the location of the root cause of this problem. Everything went smoothly according to the plan that Dustin proposed, and at the end of his visit, he proposed for an "action plan" which could potentially prevent this event happened again. As the floor removal is very expensive (hence I personally do not like slab construction), this preventative action will allow us to get along with our house. Although ridgid camera inspection costs quite a bit, we are fully appreciated its capability. As we hope not to call for another help for them, you would never know ;-) If that would be the case, we have no hesitation to call them for help! Thank you Bizzy Bee Plumbing.

Most Apex plumbing calls are normal house problems. Water heater pan has water in it. Toilet keeps running. Kitchen sink is packed with grease. Garbage disposal hums but will not spin. Sewer smells weird. PRV quits and now the whole house pressure is too high.

If you searched plumber Apex, you probably need someone to look at it, explain it plain, and fix what actually needs fixing. Not make it sound bigger than it is.

A few Apex calls that sound about right

Water heater leaking in the garage Customer thought it was a valve. It was not. Bottom seam was starting to let go. Pan had water in it, expansion tank was full too. We changed the heater and fixed the small stuff around it that usually gets missed.

Sewer line scare near Bella Casa Homeowner was already nervous because somebody had mentioned replacement. We ran the camera first. Wipes and buildup were sitting in the line. Cleared it, ran the camera again, and the pipe was not nearly as bad as they were told.

Andrew and Chris running the sewer camera after a repeat backup. Customer thought the whole line was bad. Turned out to be wipes and grease about 40 feet out. Cleared it and checked the line again before packing up.

Tankless not staying hot Navien unit was not that old, but the hot water kept dropping out. Inlet screen had junk in it. Flushed it, cleaned the filter, checked flow, and it started acting normal again.

Older Apex and newer Apex are not the same

Older Apex homes give us more valve problems, pressure issues, old pipe repairs, water heaters past their date, and drains that have been snaked too many times without a camera.

Newer Apex homes are different. More builder-grade fixtures, loose disposals, tankless maintenance nobody mentioned, expansion tanks full of water, and PRVs going bad earlier than expected.
