I had a great experience with Bizzy Bee from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. They performed a thorough inspection using a camera and took the time to clearly explain everything they found in a way that was easy to understand. The technician was kind, friendly, and very professional throughout the visit. They also made sure to clean up after the work was done, which didn’t go unnoticed. Kudos goes to Dustin Williams and Bizzy Bee Plumbing team! As we had a non emergency plumbing issue with our house, ridgid inspection camera did pinpoint the location of the root cause of this problem. Everything went smoothly according to the plan that Dustin proposed, and at the end of his visit, he proposed for an "action plan" which could potentially prevent this event happened again. As the floor removal is very expensive (hence I personally do not like slab construction), this preventative action will allow us to get along with our house. Although ridgid camera inspection costs quite a bit, we are fully appreciated its capability. Bizzy Bee Plumbing is a professional skilled plumbing company, and their schedulers are respectful and friendly.
